User Data Deletion Request

How to request deletion: Complete the form below and submit it to [email protected]. You may be asked to verify that you control the relevant mobile number or email address.

1. What this request is for

This page allows a user to request deletion of personal information associated with their use of the TREDA digital complaint management service, including information associated with WhatsApp interactions where applicable.

2. Important limitation

Some complaint records or other information may be required to be retained under applicable law, government record-management requirements, audit requirements, legal proceedings, public accountability obligations or other lawful requirements. Where retention is required, TREDA may be unable to delete the relevant record immediately or completely.

3. Request process

  1. Submit the request using the form or email the required details to [email protected].
  2. We may verify the request to prevent unauthorised deletion of another person's information.
  3. The request will be assessed against applicable legal and record-retention requirements.
  4. Where deletion is permitted, the relevant data will be deleted or de-identified as appropriate.
